When Spreadsheets Fight Back
Okay so my first crack at ranking looked totally whack. Albion Rovers sitting pretty at the top? Nah didn’t smell right to me. Doubled back and realized I’d fat-fingered their loss column. Fixed that typo and boom – whole table reshuffled like cards. Lesson learned: coffee shakes and data entry don’t mix.
Big surprise – Bonnyrigg Rose came roaring up near the top when I fixed my screwup. Their defense is tighter than my wallet after Christmas. Stirling Albion’s goal difference shocked me too. Forgot how hard they’ve been smashing it upfront.
Making It Look Presentable
Nobody wants to stare at raw numbers right? Tried making some fancy pants chart but my graphic design skills are roughly potato level. Got it looking halfway decent after wrestling with the software though – color coded the top half green so you can spot the contenders fast.

Bottom’s rough – saw Cowdenbeath hanging down there still struggling this season. Feel for them honestly.

So yeah spent half my afternoon chasing league ghosts for something I thought would take 20 minutes. Typical me. Learned two big things though:
