Hey, guys! I recently had this experience of evaluating Escudo Elche, and I’m gonna share the whole process with you.
First off, I started by looking at the team’s performance on the field. I watched a bunch of their games. I sat in front of the TV, eyes glued to the screen, and just observed how they played. I noted down how they attacked, like if they were quick to get the ball up – field or if they were more into slow – build – up plays. And their defense, did they stop the opponents easily or were they always struggling?
Next, I dived into the players. I checked out their stats, how many goals they scored, how many assists they made. I also paid attention to their skills in practice. I went to a couple of their training sessions. I saw them doing drills, like passing and shooting. Some players were really good at one – touch passes, while others were beasts at long – range shooting.
Then, I considered the coaching staff. I read up on their coaching styles. Were they the kind who pushed the players hard all the time or were they more about building a positive team atmosphere? I also looked at how they made substitutions during games. Did they make the right calls at the right time to change the game’s outcome?
Finally, I thought about the club’s management. I looked at their financial situation. Were they spending money wisely on players and facilities? And their marketing efforts, were they getting the team well – known in the local community and even beyond?
After all these steps of investigation and analysis, I was able to form a pretty good evaluation of Escudo Elche. It wasn’t an easy task, but by looking at these four aspects, I got a comprehensive view of the team. Whether you’re a die – hard fan or just casually interested, considering these points can really help you understand a team better.
