In the evenings, I’d spend an hour watching YouTube videos about basic painting techniques.

When it came to family time, I made a rule to have dinner with my family every night. We’d talk about our days, share funny stories. It was a great way to start the 28 – day plan.

Day 8 – 14: Building Momentum

By the second week, I was getting into a routine. At the gym, I started following a simple workout plan. I could already feel myself getting a bit stronger.
