She just shrugged and said they hadn’t stocked the 2024 ones yet. Well, that was a dead – end.
Next, I thought of the big department stores. I hopped in my car and drove to the nearest one. I wandered around the stationery section for a while. There were all kinds of fancy planners and diaries, but no septiembre 2024 calendario. I even asked a salesperson. He scratched his head and said he didn’t know if they’d get any.
Then, I remembered my friend who’s into collecting old and new calendars. I gave him a call. He said he didn’t have a septiembre 2024 one, but he told me to check out some local antique shops. He said sometimes they have old and new calendars for sale. So, I drove around town and visited a few antique shops. I was looking through all the old stuff in those places. It was like a treasure hunt. But again, no luck. The shop owners just said they hadn’t seen any for 2024 either.
Finally, I decided to try the local market. There were lots of stalls selling all sorts of things. I went from one stall to another, asking the vendors if they had the septiembre 2024 calendario. Most of them just gave me a blank look. But then, at one small stall, the guy said he might be able to get one for me in a week. He said he knew a supplier who could get it. I was so relieved! I left my phone number with him and told him to give me a call when it was in.
So, to sum it up, finding the septiembre 2024 calendario wasn’t easy. I hit up bookstores, department stores, asked a friend, visited antique shops, and finally found a possible lead at the local market. It’s a bit of a hassle, but I’m pretty sure I’ll get that calendar soon!
