Two days ago, I decided to check if I could remember what I did. So, I started my little experiment right away.

Can you remember what you did 2 days ago? Check these ways!

First, I sat down at my desk and took out a pen and a notebook. I thought hard, trying to recall the events of two days ago. I closed my eyes and let my mind wander back in time. I remembered that I got up in the morning, like I always do. I stumbled out of bed, yawned a lot, and then went to the bathroom to wash my face.

After that, I went to the kitchen. I opened the fridge and took out some milk and cereal. I poured them into a bowl and started munching away. While I was eating, I turned on the TV to catch some morning news. I remember laughing at a funny news story about a cat that climbed a tree and couldn’t get down.

Then, I went to my room to get dressed. I rummaged through my closet and picked out an old T – shirt and a pair of jeans. I laced up my sneakers and headed out the door.

I went to the park near my place. I saw some kids playing on the swings and slides. I walked around the park for a while, breathing in the fresh air. I even sat on a bench and watched the ducks in the pond. One of the ducks was really bold and came right up to me, probably hoping for some food.

Later in the day, I went to a coffee shop. I ordered a large latte and sat at a corner table. I took out my phone and scrolled through my social media feeds. I saw some cool pictures from my friends’ trips.

When I got home in the evening, I was pretty tired. I flopped on the couch and watched a movie. I can’t even remember what the movie was about now, but I know I fell asleep halfway through it.

After I wrote all these things down in my notebook, I felt a sense of accomplishment. I realized that by taking the time to think back and write it all down, I could actually remember a lot of what I did two days ago. It’s like a little time – travel exercise for the mind. And it’s a great way to keep those memory muscles strong!
