Well, I was super into checking out the PSG vs Stade Brestois game and doing the player ratings. First off, I fired up my TV and got all settled on the couch with a big bag of chips. I was ready to watch this exciting match unfold.

As the game started, I grabbed my notebook and a pen. I started jotting down how each player was performing right from the get – go. I watched how they moved on the field, how they passed the ball, and how they defended or attacked.
I kept my eyes peeled on every single player. When a player made a cool pass, I’d write down something like “Nice pass, good vision.” If someone missed an easy shot, I’d note that too, like “What a miss, should’ve done better.”
During the halftime, I took a break to stretch my legs and have a sip of my drink. Then I went back to my notebook and started looking over what I’d written so far. I started to get a rough idea of who was doing well and who wasn’t.
After the second half began, I was back in full – on observation mode. I watched as the players got more tired but also more desperate to score. I saw some players really step up their game, while others seemed to fade away.
Once the game was over, I sat there for a few minutes, just thinking about all the action I’d seen. Then I got serious about rating the players. I gave them scores from 1 to 10 based on how they’d played throughout the whole game.

I considered things like how many goals they’d scored, how many assists they’d made, how well they’d defended, and how much they’d contributed to the team’s overall performance. I compared the players to each other and thought about what the team needed from each position.
Finally, I had my list of player ratings. I was pretty happy with how I’d done this whole thing. It was a fun experience, and I felt like I really understood the game and the players’ performances better. And now, I’m here to share these ratings with you all!
