So, let me tell you about my experience working with Heineken. It all started when I saw this job opening for “Heineken lavora con noi”. I was like, “Hey, why not give it a shot?” So I filled out the application form, wrote a simple cover letter, and hit that submit button.

After a while, I got an email saying they wanted to interview me. I was nervous as hell! I prepared some basic stuff about myself and what I knew about Heineken. Went to the interview, and it was a bunch of people asking me questions. I just tried to be myself and answer as best as I could.
And guess what? I got the job! I was so excited. My first day, I walked into the office, and it was a whole new world. There were people everywhere, running around, looking busy. I got introduced to my team, and they seemed nice enough.
My first task was to help with some market research. I had to go around, talk to people in the streets, and ask them about their opinions on Heineken products. It was kind of awkward at first, but then I got the hang of it. I met all sorts of people, some were really into Heineken, and some didn’t even know the brand.
As time went on, I got more involved in different projects. I helped with the planning of some promotional events. We had to come up with ideas, make budgets, and coordinate with different departments. It was a lot of work, but it was also really fun.
One of the biggest challenges was dealing with the deadlines. There were times when we had to work late nights to get everything done. But the team spirit was great. Everyone pitched in, and we managed to pull it off.

Another thing I noticed was the company culture. Heineken really values its employees. They have all sorts of perks, like free beer (of course!), team-building activities, and training programs. It made me feel like I was part of something bigger.
Overall, working with Heineken has been an amazing experience. I’ve learned a lot about the beer industry, marketing, and project management. I’ve made some great friends along the way, and I’ve grown both personally and professionally. If you ever get the chance to work with Heineken, I’d say go for it!
