So, I was faced with making the last day of a scheduled session memorable. First off, I started by reaching out to all the people involved in the session. I texted and called everyone, telling them that we were gonna make this last day special.

I decided to plan some activities. I thought about what we’d enjoyed during the previous sessions. We always had a blast chatting and joking around, so I planned a fun Q&A game. I wrote down a bunch of random questions on little pieces of paper and put them in a box.
Next, I headed to the local bakery to get some delicious pastries. I knew everyone loved snacks, and having some treats would definitely add to the good vibes. I got a variety of muffins, croissants, and donuts.
When the day arrived, I set up the room. I put the box of questions in the middle of the table and arranged the pastries nicely on plates. As people started to arrive, I could see the excitement on their faces.
We kicked off the Q&A game. People were laughing so hard as they answered the wacky questions. Some of the answers were just hilarious. After that, we had a free – talk time. Everyone shared their thoughts about the whole session, what they’d learned, and what they’d miss.
To wrap it up, I handed out little thank – you notes that I’d written. I thanked each person for being part of the session and wished them all the best. By the end of the day, I could tell that it was a memorable one. Everyone was smiling and saying it was the best last day ever. Mission accomplished!
