Well, I recently took a trip to Burgos and Zaragoza, and I’m here to share what I did there. First off, I hopped on a train and made my way to Burgos.

Exploring Burgos
As soon as I got to Burgos, I headed straight to the Burgos Cathedral. Man, that place is huge! I walked around, checking out all the cool statues and paintings inside. It’s like a big art museum in there. I even climbed up the tower to get a great view of the city. The wind was blowing hard up there, but it was worth it for the view.
After that, I wandered through the old town. There were so many narrow streets with cute little shops. I stopped at a local bakery and grabbed some pastries. They were so delicious, I could’ve eaten a dozen! Then I visited the Monasterio de las Huelgas Reales. It was really peaceful there, and I spent a while just sitting in the garden, enjoying the quiet.
Off to Zaragoza
Next, I took a bus to Zaragoza. When I arrived, I went to the Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar right away. It’s super famous, and it’s all decorated with gold. I mean, it’s really shiny! I walked around, looking at all the different chapels. There were so many people praying and lighting candles.
I also checked out the Aljafería Palace. It’s got this really unique architecture. I walked through the rooms, imagining what life was like back then. And outside, the gardens were beautiful, with all the colorful flowers.
Of course, I didn’t forget to try the local food. I had some empanadas and a glass of local wine. The empanadas were filled with all sorts of yummy stuff, like meat and cheese.

Wrapping Up
My trip to Burgos and Zaragoza was amazing. I got to see so many cool places, try delicious food, and experience different cultures. If you’re thinking about going to Spain, these two cities are definitely worth a visit. You won’t regret it!
