So, I decided to check out the Cartagena nightlife. First off, I booked a hotel in the city center. It was super convenient ’cause it was close to all the cool spots.
When night fell, I headed out to the old town. The streets were lit up with colorful lights, and there were street performers everywhere. I stopped to watch a group of dancers doing some really funky moves. It was like a party right on the street!
Next, I found a local bar. The place was packed with people having a great time. I ordered a drink, sat back, and started chatting with the guy next to me. Turns out he was a local and gave me some tips on other places to go.
I took his advice and wandered over to a salsa club. As soon as I walked in, the music was so catchy that I couldn’t help but start moving my feet. I tried to join in the dancing, even though I’m not that good. Everyone there was so friendly and encouraging.
After a few hours of dancing, I got a bit hungry. So I left the club and looked for a late-night food joint. I ended up at a little street stall selling arepas. They were delicious!
Finally, as the night was winding down, I made my way back to the hotel. It was an amazing night in Cartagena, and here are the 4 tips I learned from my experience:

Don’t be afraid to try dancing, even if you’re not good at it. It’s all about having fun.
