Well, I decided to try out playing 7 v 7 soccer positions. First, I gathered a bunch of friends to form two teams. We headed to the local soccer field, all excited and ready to go.

I started by looking at the field layout. I remembered that in a 7 v 7 game, the positions are a bit different from the full – scale 11 v 11. I took on the role of a midfielder. My job was to connect the defense and the offense.
At the beginning of the game, I ran around a lot. I tried to get the ball from the defenders and pass it to the forwards. I passed the ball to my teammate, and he made a quick run towards the opponent’s goal. But the opponent’s defense was tough, and they blocked our attack.
I then realized that communication was key. I started shouting to my teammates, telling them where to run and when to pass. One time, I received a long pass from the defender. I quickly looked around, saw a forward making a great run, and passed the ball to him. He managed to score a goal!
On defense, I also had to help out. When the opponents had the ball, I tried to intercept their passes. I chased after the ball – carrier, trying to steal the ball from him. Once, I successfully stole the ball and started a counter – attack.
As the game went on, I noticed that the forwards needed to make more intelligent runs. They should not just stand still but create space for themselves. And the defenders had to stay close to their opponents, not giving them too much room to move.

After a while, I got really tired. Running up and down the field in a 7 v 7 game is no joke! But I kept pushing myself. In the end, our team won the game. It was a great feeling.
Looking back at the game, I learned that mastering 7 v 7 soccer positions requires practice, good communication, and quick decision – making. You have to know your role well and work together with your teammates. And most importantly, have fun while playing!
