I started by walking into the liquor store. I looked around at all those bottles on the shelves. I picked up different kinds of bottles, like vodka, rum, and tequila. I read the labels, trying to understand what was in them, how strong they were. I asked the store clerk a bunch of questions, like which ones were smoother, which ones had a stronger flavor.
