I was imagining the players running on the field, sweating, and giving their all. Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the superstars of the Portuguese team, was making those amazing runs and passes. The stadium was probably packed with fans cheering like crazy.
But then, I kept looking for that elusive World Cup win. I read what some sports experts had to say. They were talking about how tough it is for a team to win the World Cup. Only a handful of countries have managed to do it. And Portugal, well, they hadn’t managed to lift that big shiny trophy yet.
