Well, I was sitting around one day, kinda bored, and I thought, “Hey, I wonder how many days until May 17th?” So, I decided to figure it out.
First, I grabbed my phone. I opened up the calendar app. It’s that simple thing on my phone that shows all the dates. I scrolled through the months until I found May. Then I looked for the 17th.
After that, I started counting. I counted the days one by one from today to May 17th. It was a bit of a pain in the butt, ’cause I had to be really careful not to miss a day. I used my finger to point at each date as I counted.
But then I thought, “There’s gotta be an easier way.” So, I remembered there are these online date calculators. I could’ve used one, but I was too lazy to search for it. I just kept on counting with my finger on the phone calendar.
Finally, after what felt like forever, I got the number. It was [number of days]. And that’s how I found out how many days until May 17th. It might seem like a small thing, but it was a little adventure for me, you know? Just going through the dates and figuring it out on my own.
