Well, I’ve always been into Fantasy Premier League (FPL). I’ve been following it for ages, trying to make the best picks for my team. And one thing that caught my attention was this FPL price change predictor thingy.

I started by doing a bit of research. I asked around in some FPL groups on social media, you know, just to see what other people thought about it. Some said it was pretty accurate, while others were like, “Nah, it’s a load of rubbish.”
Then I decided to test it out myself. I signed up for a few different predictor services. I remember sitting in front of my computer, clicking here and there, filling out all those forms to get access to these predictors. It was a bit of a hassle, but I was determined to see if they were any good.
Once I got access, I started using them to predict player price changes. I’d look at the data they provided, which was like a bunch of numbers and graphs. It was kind of confusing at first, but I got the hang of it after a while. I’d make notes on which players were supposed to go up or down in price according to the predictor.
As the FPL season went on, I kept an eye on the actual price changes of the players. I’d log into my FPL account every week, check the prices, and compare them with what the predictor said. And you know what? Sometimes it was spot on. There were a few players whose prices went up just like the predictor said. I was like, “Wow, this thing actually works!”
But then there were also times when it was way off. There were players that the predictor said would go up in price, but their prices actually went down. Or vice versa. I was scratching my head, thinking, “What the heck is going on here?”

I also reached out to some experts in the FPL community. I sent them messages, asking for their views on the FPL price change predictor. Some experts told me that these predictors are based on historical data and trends, but football is unpredictable. There are so many factors that can affect a player’s performance and price, like injuries, team form, and even the manager’s decisions.
After a whole season of using these predictors, I’ve come to the conclusion that they’re not 100% reliable. They can give you some ideas, but you can’t just rely on them blindly. You still have to do your own research, watch the games, and keep an eye on the players’ stats. In the end, it’s all about having fun with FPL and making the best decisions you can.
