Okay, so everyone’s buzzing about the Grammy Awards, right? Not just the music, but obviously the fashion. I decided to jump in and do my own little “best and worst dressed” roundup, just for fun. Here’s how it went down:
First, I opened up a bunch of tabs. Like, a lot of tabs. I needed to see all the looks, you know? Different websites, magazines, blogs, the whole deal. Just so many photos!
Then, I started making notes. Just jotting down names and my initial gut reactions. You know, like “OMG, love that!” or “Ugh, what were they thinking?!” Super scientific, I know.
My super scientific process
- Scrolled through, like, a million pictures. My eyes started to hurt after a while, haha.
- Made my “yay” and “nay” lists.
- Tried to figure out why I liked or disliked something. Was it the color? The fit? The overall vibe?
- Compared my notes with some of the “official” lists. Sometimes we agreed, sometimes we totally didn’t.
Honestly, the hardest part was narrowing it down! There were so many outfits, and everyone has different tastes. My “worst” might be someone else’s “best,” and that’s totally okay. It’s all subjective, right?
Eventually, I picked my top few for each category.I wanted to get the photos. After select the best ones, I finally had my own little “best and worst dressed” list. It was messy, it was opinionated, and it was mine.
It’s kind of fun to play fashion critic, even if it’s just for myself. I like to find who is my favourite.
