- Step 2: The Find. I found a bunch of websites, but all I want is the conversion factor, which is 0.03527396194958, That’s the key, right?
- Step 3:The Calculation. I grabbed my calculator, punched in 180, and multiplied it by that long number,0.03527396194958.
- Step 4:The Result. The answer popped up: 6.3493131509245 ounces.
So, there you have it! 180 grams turns out to be about 6.35 ounces, I rounded it up a bit. That’s not perfectly precise, but it’s close enough for my baking, I think.
