Cheap Advent Calendar Fragrance: Find the Best Deals Now!

Okay, so I’ve been seeing these advent calendars everywhere, right? But I wanted something a bit more… me. I’m super into fragrances, so I thought, why not make my own advent calendar but with little perfume samples? It sounded awesome in my head, so I decided to just go for it.

Getting Started

First, I needed a calendar. I found a plain wooden one at a craft store. It had 24 little drawers, perfect for stuffing with goodies. It looked kinda boring though, so I grabbed some paint and gave it a makeover. I went with a deep blue, kinda like a starry night sky – seemed fitting for the holiday season.

Collecting the Fragrances

This was the fun part! I had a bunch of perfume samples lying around that I’d collected from department stores and subscription boxes. I also bought a few of those mini travel-sized sprays of scents I really loved. My goal was to have a mix of things I knew I liked and some new stuff to try.

  • Sorting and Choosing: I spent a good afternoon just sniffing everything and making little piles. I tried to group them – some florals, some woodsy, some spicy – so there’d be some variety each day.
  • Making Sure It Fit: Some of the samples were in those little glass vials, which were perfect. Others were in bigger packaging, so I had to get creative. I found some tiny, cute little bottles online and carefully transferred some of the perfumes into those.

Putting It All Together

Once I had all my fragrances sorted, it was time to fill the calendar. I wrote little numbers on each drawer (1 to 24, duh) and then started popping in the samples. I tried to mix it up, so I wouldn’t get all the florals in a row, for example.

  • Adding Extra Touches: To make it even more special, I added some tiny chocolates and little handwritten notes with each fragrance. The notes had things like “This one reminds me of a cozy winter night!” or “Perfect for a day when you need a little boost!”. Just silly stuff, you know?

The Final Result!

It took a bit of time, but honestly, it was so worth it! My DIY fragrance advent calendar looked amazing, and it smelled even better. Now I have a fun little surprise waiting for me every day leading up to Christmas, and it’s totally personalized to my tastes. Best. Idea. Ever.

I have to share this. It is really intersting to open a tiny drawer and find out what supprise I prepared for myself!
